PremierTributes.com, CoverBandsUSA.com, 90s-to-Now.com, AllCountryTributes.com, BandasTributos.com, LatinTributes.com, LegendsOfGroove.com, RenoVegasEntertainment.com, TaylorSwiftTributeBands.com, and AllElvisTributes.com are operated by Premier Tributes LLC ("Premier Tributes," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company and a talent agency licensed by the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, License No. TA-LR-1001316885.

Our principal place of business is 5595 Magnatron Blvd Suite A, San Diego, CA 92111.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our websites. Booking an act is governed by our separate Client Booking Terms and by the written agreement issued for your event.

Premier Tributes is a licensed talent agency. We represent performers and arrange engagements between performers and clients.

When you book through us:

We are not the performer. We do not control a performer's artistic content, their conduct at an event, or their compliance with venue rules. Our obligations are those of an agent, described in the Client Booking Terms.

• We act as the performer's agent.
• The engagement agreement is between you and the performer.
• Our commission is paid from the performer's fee under our filed fee schedule.
• Performers are independent contractors, not our employees.

Performer profiles on our sites are supplied by the performers themselves through WorkingBands.ai, an independent software company that provides our profile engine. WorkingBands.ai is not a talent agency, is not party to any booking, and receives no share of any engagement fee.

Profile content — photographs, biographies, media, and schedule information — is created and maintained by the performer. We do not independently verify it. Confirm anything material to your decision before booking.

You may browse, search, and submit inquiries. You may not:

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect performer or contact data by any means;
• use the sites to solicit performers for competing representation;
• submit false, fraudulent, or misleading inquiries;
• copy, reproduce, or republish site content beyond ordinary browsing;
• attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site operation;
• use the sites for any unlawful purpose.

Submitting an inquiry, receiving a quote, or discussing a date creates no commitment by anyone. No engagement exists until a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Rates and availability shown are estimates and are subject to confirmation.

Site design, layout, text, and the Premier Tributes name and logo are our property or licensed to us. Performer content belongs to the performers. Artist names, trademarks, and song titles appearing on these sites belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the music performed.

You may not reproduce site content without permission, except for ordinary personal browsing and printing.

Many acts on these sites are tribute or cover acts. They are not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original artists whose material they perform, and no such association is claimed or implied. See the disclaimer displayed with each act.

Our sites link to and embed third-party content including video, audio, and schedule data. We do not control those services, do not guarantee availability or accuracy, and are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that performer information is accurate or current, or that any performer will be available for any date.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREMIER TRIBUTES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THESE SITES.

Liability arising from a booking is governed by the Client Booking Terms and the signed engagement agreement, which control over this Section as to that engagement.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

California law governs, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies in the state and federal courts of San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms, posting a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
