What All Country Tributes stores for live inquiries
When a booking inquiry is accepted, All Country Tributes stores the buyer name, buyer email, buyer phone, organization, event date, event location, message, target band, timestamps, and status so band owners can manage and respond to inquiries.
- Accepted inquiries stay attached to the published band profile that received them.
- Owner access is limited to the bands assigned to that account.
- Email delivery status may be stored so failed notifications can be diagnosed without losing the inquiry.
What All Country Tributes stores for public reviews
When someone submits a public band review, All Country Tributes stores the reviewer name, reviewer email, optional role or connection, rating, review text, target band, moderation status, and timestamps so band owners can moderate reviews.
- Pending, published, and rejected reviews stay attached to the band they were submitted for.
- Reviewer email addresses are visible to the owner of the targeted band while they moderate submitted reviews.
- Only approved review content is shown on the public band profile.
What All Country Tributes stores for act submissions
When someone submits an act for review, All Country Tributes stores the act name, act type, tribute target when applicable, location, submitter name, submitter email, submitter phone, website and media links, notes, uploaded file inventory, moderation status, timestamps, and conversion outcome so site operators can review the submission and create a managed band record when approved.
- Act submissions are reviewed by site operators before any public listing is created.
- If a submission is approved, the submitted contact email and phone may be copied to the managed band record.
- Submitted files and media links are used for review and profile setup.
How anti-spam checks work
All Country Tributes validates public inquiry, review, and act-submission fields on the server, rate limits repeated attempts, and can require Turnstile verification before a submission is accepted. Rejected or throttled attempts may be logged with an outcome, notes, and hashed email or hashed IP-derived identifiers for abuse review.
- Raw IP addresses are used only long enough to evaluate the submission and are not stored in the review or inquiry attempt logs.
- If verification is enabled, the Turnstile token and remote IP may be sent to the verification service during submission review.
- Full review or inquiry text is stored only for accepted submissions, not for rejected anti-spam attempts.
Who can see the data
Accepted inquiries and submitted reviews are available to the band owner they were sent to. Act submissions are available to site operators during review and may become part of a managed band record if approved. Site operators may access stored records when needed to maintain the directory, moderation, or abuse protections.
- Published profiles expose only the public profile fields a band chooses to publish.
- Band owners can review the submitted reviewer contact information and moderation state for reviews attached to their band.
- Admin and band owner access is limited to their own account and bands.
- Site operators may review aggregated analytics and performance reports to understand public site usage, funnel health, and reliability.
Site usage analytics
All Country Tributes may use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages to understand aggregate site usage, traffic sources, page views, engagement, and conversion paths such as directory searches, profile views, EPK downloads, and inquiry starts.
- Google Analytics may receive page URL, referrer, device and browser signals, event names, timestamps, and related usage metadata according to Google's analytics processing terms.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare edge analytics may receive page URL, referrer, hostname, path, request, response, cache, security, country, and client technology metrics for proxied public traffic.
- First-party analytics remain the source for product, funnel, search, profile, saved/compare collection, content, and Web Vitals reporting. Saved/compare analytics use a server-hashed anonymous collection token so request handoffs can be understood without storing the raw browser token in analytics tables. These analytics are used to improve site performance, content, search paths, booking workflows, and abuse protections; All Country Tributes does not sell visitor profiles.
Performance telemetry
All Country Tributes may collect first-party page performance telemetry, such as Core Web Vitals metric name, value, rating, navigation type, relative page path, site, and timestamp. This is used to diagnose site speed and layout stability.
- First-party Web Vitals telemetry is stored in the All Country Tributes database.
- The Web Vitals collector does not store raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-form visitor messages.
- Performance telemetry is operational data for site reliability and is not used to sell user profiles.
