Premier Tributes LLC — Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Policy explains how Premier Tributes LLC ("Premier Tributes," "we," "us"), a California licensed talent agency (License No. TA-LR-1001316885), handles personal information collected through PremierTributes.com, CoverBandsUSA.com, 90s-to-Now.com, AllCountryTributes.com, BandasTributos.com, LatinTributes.com, LegendsOfGroove.com, RenoVegasEntertainment.com, TaylorSwiftTributeBands.com, and AllElvisTributes.com and in the course of our business.
2. Information We Collect
2. Information We Collect
2.1 From Clients and Event Planners
Name, organization, email, phone, and mailing address; event details including date, venue, location, budget range, and requirements; correspondence with us; and billing and payment information for confirmed bookings, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full payment card numbers.
2.2 From Performers We Represent
Contact details; act information, roster, and technical requirements; profile content supplied through the WorkingBands.ai platform; agreements, fee schedules, and engagement history; and payment and tax information required to remit fees, including taxpayer identification where legally required.
2.3 Automatically
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar log data; cookies and analytics data as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use It
To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals; to arrange, document, and administer engagements; to communicate with clients and performers about bookings; to process payments and remit performer fees; to maintain business, tax, and licensing records as California law requires of a licensed talent agency; to send occasional marketing communications where permitted, with an unsubscribe option in every message; and to detect fraud and protect our rights.
4. How We Share It
With performers. Client and event details necessary for the performer to evaluate and perform the engagement.
With clients. Performer information necessary to evaluate and confirm a booking.
With WorkingBands.ai. Our profile engine provider. WorkingBands.ai hosts and renders performer profiles on our sites and acts as our service provider under a data processing agreement. It does not sell or independently use the data. Performers who hold their own WorkingBands.ai account also have a direct relationship with that company, governed by its own privacy policy.
With service providers. Website hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and accounting — each under contract limiting their use of the data.
For legal reasons. Where required by law, subpoena, or court order; in response to a Labor Commissioner or other regulatory request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect any person's rights, safety, or property.
In a business transfer. If we are acquired or merge, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
We keep booking records, agreements, and financial records for the period required by California law applicable to licensed talent agencies and by tax law, and no longer than necessary thereafter. Inquiry records that do not become bookings are kept while the inquiry may still lead to a booking and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted. Log data is kept for the period needed for security monitoring and aggregate analytics, then deleted.
6. Your Rights
California residents may, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA: know what we collect and how it is used and disclosed; access it in portable form; correct inaccuracies; request deletion, subject to our record-retention obligations as a licensed agency; opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights.
To exercise any right, contact tributebands@premiertributes.com or write to the address below. If you hold an account with us, you can also export your own data from your account settings at any time. We verify identity before acting and respond within 45 days, extendable once where permitted.
Marketing. Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message, or contact us directly.
7. Performer Profile Content Is Public
Profile information a performer supplies — act name, biography, photographs, media, categories, and service area — is published on our sites and is visible to the public and to search engines. That is its purpose. Performers control this content through their WorkingBands.ai account and may change or remove it at any time.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted access to records. No system is perfectly secure. We notify affected individuals of breaches as law requires.
9. Children
Our sites are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Where a represented act includes members under 18, an authorized adult manages that relationship and is responsible for necessary consents.
10. Cookies
See our separate Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We post revisions with a new date and, for material changes, provide notice before they take effect.
