Budgets vary by act profile, production scale, and date. Strong regional cover bands start in the low four figures for short corporate sets; headliner-quality tributes for casino showrooms and outdoor festivals scale up from there. Send the date, the venue, and a target budget and we will come back with two or three California-based acts that fit.

How far ahead should I book?

For peak season Saturday weddings (May–October) in California, plan 9–14 months ahead. Casino showroom dates often book 6–12 months out. Corporate dates inside 90 days are workable on most weeknights. If your date is tight, call us — we keep working calendars on every active band and can usually surface an option same-day.

Will the act travel within California?

Most California-based bands cover the state in a day-of drive — LA to San Diego, Bay to Sacramento, Central Coast circuits, and Coachella Valley runs are routine. Longer hauls (NorCal to SoCal, or out to Tahoe / Mammoth) may carry a travel fee; we will line-item it on the quote so there are no surprises.
